How does your technical
support work?
The service of our technical support works 24 hours a day and 7 days in a week. You can address your concerns and problems to our technical staff by e-mail (support@zeustp.com) or by phone (603.870.9111). Where are your servers based? Our servers are located in the data centers managed fully by us, located in Salem, NH and Greeneville, TN. Some of our client servers are also located in the datacenters managed by our affiliated Internet Service Providers. In such situations, we manage applications and software side of the hosting solution. Is zeusTP a website designing firm? No. zeusTP is a software development and business process outsourcing firm. We partner with designing firms who has a similar work philosophy and moral values in the graphics, video-graphy, designing and content authoring area. Our expertise is in developing software, especially web-enabled CRM and content management type software. We engage our affiliates to work in the area of their expertise per our clients’ needs and provide our clients a one-stop-solution. Do you have online demo of all of your products? Though, reasonable efforts are made to provide online demos of latest versions of all of our products; every once in a while we do fall behind keeping our demos up-to-date.
