Job Title: Application
Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible to lead the application
production support processes including: application enhancements, performance management,
software upgrades, configuration management, backup/recovery/archiving, and job
scheduling.
- Responsible for achieving Service Level
Agreements for application availability, performance, and product support services.
- Work with Business Analysts to diagnose
technical issues, reproducing and resolving issues as required. Proactively monitors
the applications and seeks to improve system.
- Perform system configuration and coding
as needed. Instruct and lead offshore resources to perform system changes.
- Follow SDLC methodologies for development
and System Change Management procedures to maintain system validation.
- Understand interfaces between applications
and other systems. Identify cross-system and cross-functional impacts of system
changes.
- Create and maintain consistent and thorough
documentation of all processes and procedures for supported applications. Documentation
includes architecture, configuration, physical design, unit test results, patch
log and other relevant documentation as indicated by implementation methodology.
- Understand, configure and manage integration
technologies, relational databases, enterprise security architectures and reporting
solutions.
- Stay abreast of infrastructure changes
and plans of the IS organization and work to ensure they are in the best interest
of the organization and given application.
- Build collaborative relationships with
other supporting IT services (data center, networking, security).
- Demonstrate technical leadership skills
within the organization.
- Gathers, qualifies, and documents customer
requirements for the given application.
- Assesses the impact of implementing specific
solutions vs. not implementing solutions. This may include preparing Cost assessment,
Process Assessment, value / benefits assessment, impact studies.
- Models and/or architects solutions to
identified problems or opportunities. May involve utilizing diagramming tools to
model solutions as necessary.
- Utilizes project management skills to
plan, implement, and control projects.
- Regular communication of project status
is important.
- Uses Source Code Control tools such as
Visual Source Safe to maintain a repository of code and development changes.
- Develops documentation of source code
as well as end-user training guides.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experienceof
handling complex software systems and architecture.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication
skills.
- Ability to work in team.
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting
individual.
Job Title: Sr. Applications
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to
fuel the Enterprise Pipeline.
- Create and prioritize strategic target
account lists within a defined territory.
- Research and build new and existing accounts
(i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).
- Conduct high level conversations with
Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
- Evangelize Zeus Technology Partners, LLC and the On-Demand
model.
- Achieve monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities
and Closed Business.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous prospecting
experience.
- CRM experience a plus.
- Excellent written/verbal communication
skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting
individual.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team
environment.
- Ability to understand customer requirements
